tonight the silence as i walked onstage was grounded by loving history, a city that i have performed in since my baby roots.
• we met, we moved out on branch, a silent agreement
• willingness signature of beautiful hearts in darkness. 
• the mothers, daughters that come not knowing the theme.
• i now have two forever family in two women working at NAC (they came to  hospital after last show when i fell off step). and one, lucilla, was not letting me out of her sight going home. bonus: she sang one of her songs to me in car. when lost, a deeper voice within saying ‘return to me’. what is the ‘me’. beautiful. production-wise how to make the two voices sound different. perhaps the 'return' to me' voice is doubled, more whispered, remove mid and bottom end in eq?
